I am excited to share my candidacy for the Lindbergh school board! As a proud graduate of our esteemed school district, my roots run deep within this community. Having witnessed the transformative power of a Lindbergh education firsthand, I am motivated by a profound commitment to ensure every student receives a high-quality educational experience, and is able to shape their own journeys for life after high school.
Our daughter graduated from Lindbergh in 2023 and now attends the University of Nebraska - Lincoln. Our son is in 8th grade at Truman Middle School. With our children as beneficiaries of the excellent education offered by our schools, I am driven by a sincere desire to give back and contribute to the continued success of our district.
My extensive history as a dedicated volunteer in various capacities within the school system, along with my work in higher education, has allowed me to witness the challenges and triumphs that shape our educational landscape. I believe my unique perspective, combined with a passion for fostering a positive learning environment, makes me the most qualified candidate to advocate for the students, teachers, and families who make up our vibrant school community. Join me on this journey, and together, let's strengthen our schools to meet the evolving challenges of today and tomorrow for a better future for all.
